My name is Paul Galiszewski. I’m a licensed Realtor® working out of the Watchung Office of Prudential New Jersey Properties. I’ve been a Realtor for 7 years and have dealt with foreclosures and short sales mainly in the last 2 years, as the market declined. I’ve been trained on how to deal with the banks on both short sales and foreclosures. I know what you need to do and what I need to do to negotiate an agreement with the bank and then to sell your house.
There are no guarantees that your bank will accept a short sale proposal from you. There’s no guarantee that you even qualify for this option. What I can do is help you understand what is needed and help you through the process of negotiating with the bank. If the bank agrees to the short sale, I can also get the house listed and market it aggressively to get you out from under the obligation as soon as possible.
